Q. What can be done if I disagree with the lender's redemption statement?
A. If you can resolve the problem before completion, you should. However,
if this is not possible, we will be obliged to complete on the basis of
the figures provided by the mortgage lender and try to clarify the figures
after redemption. If the problem is that a monthly payment is not shown
as credited to your mortgage account, a cheque for any overpayment is usually
forwarded to us by lenders within a month of redemption.
