The Role
  • Generating new business
  • Registering new vendors, buyers and properties
  • Sales progression
  • Respond to enquiries on the phone, via email and in the office

The Candidate

Essential

  • Full clean drivers licence
  • Works well part of a team
  • Lives within a 45 minute commute of West Hampstead
  • An interest or understanding of the property industry
  • Excellent customer service

Desirable

  • Ideally, the candidate would have recently passed his/her NAEA exams (although training will be provided)
  • Ideally 1-2 years' sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and ambitious

We currently employ over 30 people from our office and have a completely different approach to any modern agency.

Over the last six years, we have won Silver and Gold awards each and every year at the Sunday Times Estate Agency awards and are now looking to expand our team.

We are looking for two Sales Consultants to view new instructions on a daily basis and to make telephone calls to our hot database of buyers that have registered with us looking for property. The job entails building relationships with applicants and booking viewings of the properties for the Sales Negotiators to complete.

The ideal candidates should have a good telephone manner, have previous telephone sales experience or may have previously had a role as a negotiator. Office hours are flexible.

Salary is based on viewings completed along with commission should the viewings lead to a completed sale. Anticipated earnings should be between £500 to £750 PW for a 6-hour day Monday to Friday.
