We are looking for an outgoing and hardworking individual to join our expanding lettings team!

The Role

Dealing with the rental process from registering applicants, through to move in. Our agency is very comprehensive in our offering, and therefore our negotiators are expected to do more than the usual! They are involved in taking on properties, arranging marketing, dealing with any required refurbishment works and seeing all paperwork through to completion.

It is not essential to have experience as a negotiator, we have many successful members of the team who have no prior property experience, but have a great work ethic and are hungry for a new opportunity.

Training can be provided on the job.

Main Responsibilities

Carrying out all paperwork and administration in relation to new tenancies

  • Carrying out all referencing and pre tenancy checks for tenants and landlords
  • Ensuring all legalities and compliance is in hand ahead of a new tenancy
  • Ensuring all properties are ready to move into, and prepared accordingly

Liaising with tenants and landlords

  • Offering consistently high levels of customer service
  • Ensuring all clients are fully updated and informed throughout the process
  • Requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the lettings process, and the pre-tenancy process

    Computer literacy, able to easily pick up systems

    • A calm disposition to work in a busy and fast paced office
    • Resilience and tenacity in dealing with stressful situations

  • Full clean drivers licence
  • Previous experience in property management
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service
