The Role
  • Managing a portfolio of properties whilst maintaining relationships with both the tenant and landlord
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Ensure properties are maintained to the highest level
  • Co-ordinate with the property management and maintenance team
The Candidate

Essential

  • Full clean drivers licence
  • Previous experience in property management
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service

Desirable

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • ARLA qualified

Main Responsibilities

Cashiering

  • Posting tenant and landlord receipts
  • Preparing Direct Debit submissions

Accounts Payable

  • Processing invoices
  • Processing payments
  • Preparation of landlord statement
  • Preparation of supplier remittance
  • Resolving supplier queries

Credit Control

  • Chasing outstanding client fees

Administration

  • Chasing outstanding client fees
The Candidate

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will numerical accuracy and attention to detail, having worked in agency for no less than 6 months

Computer literacy

  • Previous experience using letting accounts software
  • Excel

Education

  • Accounting qualification not necessary
  • Educated to A level as a minimum

We are looking for an outgoing and hardworking individual to join our expanding lettings team!

The Role

Dealing with the rental process from registering applicants, through to move in. Our agency is very comprehensive in our offering, and therefore our negotiators are expected to do more than the usual! They are involved in taking on properties, arranging marketing, dealing with any required refurbishment works and seeing all paperwork through to completion.

The Candidate

  • Willingness to learn and adopt new ways of working
  • Good team player

It is not essential to have experience as a negotiator, we have many successful members of the team who have no prior property experience, but have a great work ethic and are hungry for a new opportunity.

Training can be provided on the job.
