Charges for Landlords

Management
Management is charged at an additional 6% inc VAT per term and includes the following services:
- Refurbishment management
- Additional visits (flat prep etc)
- Mid-term and full annual inspections
- 24/7 contact with management division
- Arrange repairs (providing at least 2 quotes from different companies)
Services NOT charged for but provided by Paramount
Paramount will not charge you an additional fee for organising, administering or providing any of the following services. Any costs are direct charges from the suppliers themselves:
- Compliance
- Renewal tenancy agreements
Payment
Paramount accept the following methods of payment (Late payments will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate):
- BACS
- CHAPS (£30 inc VAT per transaction)s
Charges for Tenants
Substitution of Tenant / Additional Tenant
If a substitution of Tenant or additional Tenant is being added to the tenancy agreement there is a charge of £50 inc VAT to cover contract costs and administration. This is to be split equally between incoming and outgoing tenants.
Payment
