Paramount Covid-19 Safety Policy

At Paramount your safety and the safety of our team is our utmost priority. We adhere to all government Covid-19 safety guidelines to make sure we're doing everything we can to minimise the risk of transmission. At present, our office is closed to the public and we are encouraging all of our team to get fully vaccinated. 

Before booking an appointment we will ask you about your Covid-19 exposure risk. These include viewings, valuations, and maintenance appointments. Please let us know immediately if you are showing symptoms, are waiting for a Covid-19 test or test results, or have been in contact with someone who is suspected of having Covid-19.

At every appointment we require all parties to wear masks (unless you are exempt), socially distance, and adhere to government Covid-19 safety guidelines. On viewings we also ask that you refrain from touching surfaces as much as possible. We will be wearing all necessary PPE and will be happy to open or move things for you. Just ask us! 

Before booking a viewing, we ask that you watch our video tour of the property you're interested in, if you haven't already done so. This not only keeps in-person viewings to a minimum, it helps you avoid wasting time viewing a property that might not be the right fit, and gives you a chance to ask questions ahead of time.

Ahead of a scheduled appointment, we will prepare a property by opening windows where possible. Once the appointment has ended, we will sanitise surfaces as necessary.
