The EA Master Awards: A Big Win For Team Paramount

We've participated in the EA Masters Awards for a while now; they are The UK's biggest estate agency leadership conference, exhibition and awards.
We're proud to say that this year, Team Paramount came away with two spectacular wins.
Our very own Ollie Gorman took to the stage this year as the winner of The Best Lettings Manager UK award!
If you've had the pleasure of working with Ollie, you'll understand when we say this reward is well-deserved: his attitude, charisma, and continual growth make him a real asset to not only us but our owners, too.
Here's what Ollie had to say about his big win:
"I'm still coming to terms with it - winning the Best Lettings Manager in the UK. It's a surreal feeling, and I can't help but reflect on the 12 years I've spent in the industry.
The term "manager" has never really sat right with us. Our approach to management is something far more open and inclusive. It's about taking a step back and helping everyone climb their hill in their own time.
At times, I've been forced outside my comfort zone and now recognise these challenges were essential for my personal and professional growth.
Connecting with many amazing individuals at Property Academy has aided this growth, and yesterday's event was an incredible experience for us all and is, by far, the highlight of my career to date.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the EA Masters and all those involved for putting together such a fantastic event.
Lastly, I wouldn't be who I am today without Team Paramount. Their support and dedication continue to inspire.
I hope to inspire other property professionals whilst continuing my growth throughout my career."
