Our time in the property has been essentially throughout the entire lockdown period for the UK which has meant spending more time inside than we would've liked, but we've been grateful for the location in terms of a nearby open green space. We've been able to discover local businesses which we've enjoyed supporting, and easy access to main roads as [both of the other residents] use their cars to commute daily (when possible to do so). The communication through Paramount has been relatively strong, and we've appreciated that generally speaking we have been given space by the letting agents, particularly during a difficult period for everyone.

Property-wise, I believe that we have been overall happy with this flat. We get on well with the other tenants in the building, and would not recommend any significant changes from Paramount.

We've decided to move back to where we're all originally from for personal and professional reasons. I would be happy to recommend Paramount as a letting agent for this area, and have generally been happy with the service they have provided.
