We love the location and how safe it is with all the security for the flat and the building. What you (Paramount) showed us is exactly what we got, no tricks and very honest. You have helped us when we needed it and we haven't had any problems.

If I could change something, I know you can't do anything about this but our window looks out to someone else's window. You need to look up to see what the weather is. We would love a better view. We're leaving because we want better views. We came from out of London and this was perfect at the time but we want a change now. We are moving near to a very similar building.

The best thing about it is where it is located. Being on the high street, we have good connection to public transport and the bus stop is right outside. For a one bed flat the size of it is reasonable. It is also really modern and in a good condition. If I could chanve something it would be the view.

Bills work out to about £20-25 for internet, electricity working from home is about £35-40 (our flat's warm all the time so we never have the heating on), and water is paid by the owner! Council tax works out to £134 per month.
