It's a great location - very easy to get around, fab transport and loved the saturday market. There are great parks and bars locally as well. If I could change something, it could do with a bit more storage and I would have liked it to come furnished. I'm leaving because I'm buying a new property. I love the area and I wish I could have bought here but just too expensive!

Monthly bills were about £50 for gas and elec - I paid annually. I'm not sure of the other bills.
