It's a superb location with fantastic transport links. Kilburn Tube is literally across the road, there's the Brondesbury overground and then it's a short walk up to the Thameslink. It's very close to shops on the high street - literally across the road and about a 10 min walk to Kilburn main high street with TK Maxx, Primark, Boots, Argos and all the core shops, but then you can walk 8 mins up to lovely West Hampstead and get the nice café village style feel. It's not too far a walk to Hampstead Heath either which is lovely, especially with lockdown.

The building is also filled with superbly lovely neighbours. Most seem to own their flats so it's a very homely, neighbourly and stable kind of environment. It's easy to clean and super fast due to the size. It also gets a lot of light from the bay windows. It's cosy for a single person or a couple and easy to heat in the winter! I've felt very safe coming home at night time as a single girl. And you are also on the top floor flat.

What would I change? Just the size for a bigger apartment, and maybe not have it on the top floor as it can be a lot of stairs! I'm moving because I'm upgrading to a 2 bedroom place south of the river, mainly for more space and to be closer to friends.
