I love the location, and I've had some memorable dinners with friends here. The best thing about the area is transportation, and I'd also recommend The Gallery for drinks and fried chicken. I'm leaving to move to Italy.

Monthly bills were £100 with Octopus Energy, £54 with Virgin Media and £33 for water.

The modern kitchen and bathroom, and generously sized living space are the top benefits of the flat itself. The leafy, quiet suburb with excellent transport connections are also great benefits. If I could change one thing about the property, the living room and bedrooms could use a redecorate. Fibre has also been recently installed down the street, so there are good options for a large range of high speed internet providers. We've had no significant issues with the flat so haven't needed to contact Paramount a great deal, but when we have, we've had quick and helpful responses to emails or enquiries.
