The flat gets plenty of light, something really important for us. It’s super warm in winter almost to the point turning on the heating was unnecessary. Even though the Tube is literally next door (love it) the property is not noisy at all (triple glazing). Modern fittings, plenty of space for a couple. Kilburn has pretty much anything you need.

Our monthly bills are about £330 in total (council tax is about £190 per month). Our energy provider is EDF and broadband provider is Sky. Paramount was very professional, always at hand in case of any need. Their staff is really kind and friendly.
