What kind of vibe does Dollis Hill have?

Dollis Hill is very residential, with Gladstone Park at the centre. A very big green space with sports pitches, cafe, outdoor gym and playground. It is great to have right on our doorstep, for a morning walk or run.

How would you spend a Saturday in Dollis Hill?

My wife and I would either attend a gym class at the nearby 'The Gym' or take a leisurely stroll around the park with coffee in hand. If time allows, we'd sit and eat at the Stables Cafe, which does amazing brunch options.

I would pack up the wife and kids and make our way for a picnic lunch in Gladstone park, then walk over to the Neasden Reservoir and feed the ducks. Pick up some cake and sing a rhyme on our way back home.

Where's the best place to go if you want to be outdoors?

Gladstone park and the Neasden Reservoir, you've got a lot of space to BBQ, have a picnic, run around let the kids burn some energy and see some local wildlife. Feed the ducks and swans, enjoy the crickets and birds chirping. Nothing better than a meadow with a blue sky to cure any ailment.

What would you say Dollis Hill's hidden gem is?

Climbing on top of Dollis Hill and overlooking the city. The vistas are beautiful and the mix of the greenery which engulfs the concrete and the view it offers is nothing short of astounding.

Is there anything else you'd like to give a special mention to?

The way Dollis Hill offers peace and quiet with its parks and ponds, and at the same time the vibrancy of a high street and fuss of the nightlife with a mix of food and spices that create a varied palate is something to be proud of. The people make it a heaven in their own space and it transfers to all around them.
