The Best Estate Agent Guide (or 'The BEAG')
This is a leading impartial awards body that puts agents across the UK to the test. Every year, they work with a team of data analysts to assess tens of thousands of agents over a 6 month period. They compare customer service, marketing, and crucially - successful results for clients, and only award the very top agents a spot in the guide. Even fewer win an ‘Overall’ award. We’re delighted to be repeat winners.
Essentially - they’ve done the legwork to help you find a great agent so you don’t have to.
