Community & Charity

Paramount Values

Our commitment to giving back to our community is more than just words — it's a core part of who we are as a brand. We believe that on top of fundraising, it's important to learn about people and their stories, and find out what is truly the best way to help.

Throughout the year we do a mix of fundraising, volunteering, and creative campaigns. We're committed to supporting our local food bank and the multiple incredible charities that we believe in.

Paramount Values

West Hampstead Community Food Hub

Our local foodbank, based out of Sidings Community Centre, is run by an amazing team that work hard to make sure there's enough food every week for the approx. 300 guests that rely on their support. They've created a welcoming space that guests can visit, and their volunteers also run a weekly food parcel drop-off for those who aren't able to leave their homes. The need for support is ever-present, so we donate through a monthly subscription (you can find out more about that here).

Our office is also an official drop-off point for the Food Hub, so you can drop off donations at any point during our opening hours and we will make sure they're delivered. We're conveniently located next to 3 train stations, so it's easy to do on the morning commute!

Keeping it local

We love our West Hampstead neighbourhood, and we appreciate the role we have in keeping it looking its best. In 2022 we funded a project to bring local school children together to repaint the Mill Lane Bridge. The bridge was rusted, covered in graffiti, and generally a very sad welcome into our wonderful West Hampstead. So local artist Charlotte Gerrard worked with children from three local schools to completely transform thre bridge into the kaliedoscope of colour you see today.

Agents Giving

Agents Giving is our industry charity. They work with agents across the UK to encourage and support fundraising activities in their local communities. Through them we support many different charities throughout the year, like Mind,'Do It For Dom' supporting Huntington's Disease research, and the British Heart Foundation.

Maggie’s at the Royal Free

Maggie’s is a charity that provides free support and resources to people with cancer and their families. Their team at the Royal Free Hospital do incredible work to help support people in our community through an extremely challenging time in their lives. We frequently take part in their fundraisers - the latest being an abseil off the ArcelorMittal Orbit in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and an abseil down the Leadenhall Building in central London, totaling £620 raised.

The Winch

Based in North Camden, this charity works with local children, youths and families to help each child succeed regardless of their circumstances. The people they help are often facing significant challenges, and the work they do has an amazing impact in the lives of the people they support. In 2019, our team donated a kitchen renovation to their facility (which is a bustling building with an unexpected story!) to create new, inviting space for one-on-one work and group programmes.
