Paramount was born in 1989 as the dream of two young property enthusiasts in a small West Hampstead office. These were the days when property was advertised in the local newspaper and business was done in a suit. It was also done - believe it or not - through the post.
Fast forward to today - that dream has blossomed into our incredible team of 30 specialists. Still based in West Hampstead, we now sell property across the North West market, and let property all over London. And suits are not required.
We also have an experienced team of Asset Managers (find out why we don't call them property managers here), Tenancy Specialists, and our own Maintenance and Refurbishments teams.
