Why Paramount?

Why Paramount?

We run things differently.

We don't believe in hammering on the KPIs, and we don't believe a competitive work atmosphere is the most productive in the long term. Nor does it deliver the best customer experience - far from it. Our approach is team-oriented and outcome-based, valuing every role in the company equally and nurturing people to achieve their best. We're probably unlike any other estate agent you've encountered, and not only because there are no ill-fitting 3-piece suits in sight!

We run things differently.

From day one, I noticed a distinct difference in the way Paramount operates compared to other companies I’ve worked with. There’s a sense of trust and camaraderie here that I personally have not experienced in any workplace. The office has a “family office” vibe, where everyone looks out for each other. The welcoming nature of the team made it easy to settle in and build strong relationships, both professional and personal.

I particularly want to thank Jamie, who worked extremely hard during what became quite a stressful and complicated transaction. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.
