Fortunately, we've been working in a new way that has almost completely removed the need to visit our office in person! We've adopted, and helped develop, new technologies that mean you can search for and tour a property in detail without ever having to leave the comfort of your home. The feedback has been really positive!
We provide all of the information about a property upfront during your search - when you need it - meaning many people are now making offers on their perfect property without having stepped foot inside. In Lettings we also have a team and platform that guide you through every step of the process, from making an offer straight through referencing to your move-in day, all virtually. In Sales, our virtual tours and detailed property marketing mean you only need to view your top choice in person.
Our way of working is more convenient for you, saves you time, and gets you into your perfect property quicker. And it means fewer in-person interactions (though communication will always be prompt!).
Heading into December, our team will continue to wear masks on all appointments, and we ask that our customers do the same. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, please do let us know ahead of time.
