This role is divided into four core areas, each vital to how we operate as an independent powerhouse:


Face & Voice of the Brand - The First Interaction

You will be the first interaction most customers have with Paramount, whether they're walking into our office or calling to make an enquiry.

  • Greet and direct all walk-ins, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Answer and triage phone calls, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and directed to the correct team member.
  • Manage incoming post and deliveries, keeping everything organized and flowing smoothly.
  • Maintain office presentation: keep the workspace organised, tidy, and stocked with essentials like soaps, paper towels, coffee, tea, etc.

Marketing Preparation & Quality Control – Online and Office Interactions

Before a property hits the market, your work ensures that our brand looks flawless to potential buyers and renters.

  • Assist with listing preparation and management, triple-checking details before properties go live.
  • Work with the sales and lettings teams on compliance and marketing materials, ensuring everything is flawless before publishing.

Key Management - Efficiency and Trust

Managing keys may seem like a small task, but it sets the foundation for how smoothly our operations run and how efficiently we can serve our clients and contractors.

  • Oversee key management, ensuring all keys are properly tagged and organised for contractors, inventory clerks, and surveyors.
  • Conduct weekly key audits on Tuesdays and Fridays, chasing any overdue keys.
  • Maintaining efficient processes for managing the constant flow of keys is an essential part of our office's operation.

Office Glue – Holding it all together

As the person who keeps the office running smoothly, your support is crucial to helping the team work efficiently and effectively.

  • Be the go-to person for the wider team, providing support and helping with one-off tasks.
  • Assist with meeting and speaker session preparations, including booking rooms and organising materials and refreshments.
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and liaise with external IT support as needed.
  • Support team appreciation efforts by organising birthday cards, gifts, and more.
  • Systemise office supply ordering and manage inventory for smooth day-to-day operations.
