We're not your average agency.
We're an independent estate and lettings agency based in the heart of West Hampstead. From our humble beginnings as two people (two of our Directors, Mark and Rosh) with a dream and a tiny back office in 1989, we've grown to a specialised team of 40+ that caters to all of London's property needs. And we've moved offices.
You know as well as we do, London is full of estate agents. And with all of that competition it wasn't easy in the beginning. It took us years of persisting to figure out how to do it better. We knew early on that the standard agency wasn't designed for what people actually wanted. Property-related decisions are some of the biggest you'll make in your life, and it should be our job to make the process feel clear, easy and special!
Eventually our hard work paid off and we emerged as an agency that's different. Our customers started choosing us because they demanded a better service. This is where our motto came from:

You expect more, and we're here to deliver. We've built our team into specialised departments that handle every step of the lettings and sales process. We have a dedicated Property Management team, our own in-house Maintenance team, a team of Move In Specialists, and an expert Refurbishment team. We've worked hard to make sure that we offer everything that you'll need at every stage in your property journey.
It's time to change what an estate and lettings agency can be
Now, we never stop evolving. We're always looking for new technology and ways of doing things that make your experience with us better. As an example, the challenges of early 2020 put a fire under us to quickly develop a way for you to view properties virtually. The Video Tours that we create now make viewing properties when and where you want to so easy and effective that many properties are claimed without an in-person viewing!
Our secret is simple - we're always asking you what we can do better. And we take your feedback seriously.
It comes down to values
We're firmly committed to our values. We've even had them printed and put up on the walls of our office! We believe in doing what's right, and that includes giving back to the community we're a part of. All year round we fundraise and volunteer for a variety of charities that do great work in our community. You can see who we support here.
Our Director of Lettings, Spencer Lawrence, began his career at Paramount in its early years as a Lettings Consultant. He now sits on the Board of Directors for Agents Giving, a fantastic charity that encourages and supports agents across the country to fundraise for important charities in their neighbourhoods. Spencer is a leading force for our team to get involved wherever and whenever we can!
Spencer is also a leading voice for change in our industry. He wants to set the bar higher and change your expectations of what an agency can do. He regularly speaks with leading members of our community about what Paramount is doing that's different. You can see an example in the video below!
