I can't recommend Paramount highly enough. We had previously listed our property for sale with one of the soulless corporate giants, paying a high commission, only to be stuck in a 12-week contract without a single viewing. It was a disaster. The moment we switched to Paramount, everything changed. Niall visited the property and got it on the market quickly, Jamie managed the viewings brilliantly, and Suzanne pushed the sale through to completion. Communication was constant and refreshingly straightforward throughout — we even had a group WhatsApp with the whole team, so we were never left wondering what was happening. Our sale wasn't straightforward, and the buyers' solicitors were difficult at times, but Suzanne kept pushing things forward and gave us regular updates. She helped us stay sane throughout a really stressful process. Niall, Jamie and Suzanne (and I'm sure everyone else are Paramount) are a fantastic team. They restored my faith in estate agents!

We originally bought our house with Paramount, and then 5 or so years later sold our house through Paramount. Niall and Jamie were extremely responsive and pushed both sides to exchange/completion which is always appreciated. They helped us pick between renting and selling and they came across genuine and wanting the best for us versus some others who came across as only looking out for themselves. These guys were class and we'd definitely pick these guys again in future.

Superb property management

I’ve been working with Paramount from 2009 when they sold me my flat, through becoming a landlord in the last few years and the service has always been excellent. They deservedly have a great reputation locally, too. Friendly, knowledgeable team who listen to what you need and help in any way they can. Recently Sarah has been a star, helping find new tenants within 3 weeks of the previous tenants serving notice so the void period is negligible. Thank you!

I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement.
