Having been given the opportunity to join the Paramount team during my summer break from Leeds Uni, has been such a privilege. Feeling slightly nervous on my first day, the Paramount gang could not have been more welcoming. After receiving a card signed by everyone, and constantly being given chocolate treats by Jason, I instantly felt a member of the “family”.
Working as a lettings negotiator has been an exciting and highly beneficial experience. Whilst I have learnt a huge amount about property, I have gained crucial skills, such as how to offer exceptional customer service, and this in turn has allowed me to become a more confident and interesting individual. From inventory charges, to deposits, to referencing, I now appreciate all the vital detail that negotiators deal with on a daily basis.
I feel my natural enjoyment for being a member of Paramount is reflected through the strong friendships I have made, and the fact that I never actually want to go home in the evenings! Working at Paramount brings days which make me look forward to waking up in the morning, and I truly hope I will be able to come back and work with the team in the near future.
