Our Covid-19 Safety Precautions from 19 July

Today most legal restrictions on social contact and face coverings have been lifted in England. To help keep you, our staff, and our families safe, we have decided to move forward with a cautious approach.

This means that our office will continue to remain closed to the public. With the technology available to us today we are able to provide all of our services, at our high standard, without our office being open publicly. Over the last year we've found that our new way of working is actually more convenient for the majority of our clients!

To keep everyone as safe as possible, part of our team will continue to work socially distanced in the office, and the rest will continue working remotely. At this point 95% of our team has had at least one vaccine, with over half already double vaccinated. We'll also continue our mandatory weekly lateral flow testing for everyone entering the office.

On all in-person viewing, valuation, and maintenance appointments, you can expect us to continue wearing face coverings and using hand sanitiser when necessary. We also encourage everyone we're meeting to do the same (where possible).

We'll do everything we can to keep you safe as you move to the next step in your property journey. As things open up, our promise to you is that we will continue to be vigilante.
