If you'll be renting out your property while you're away, you need to know that it's in safe hands.

We work hard to carefully select Residents who will love your property as much as you do. Our Property Management team will act as your eyes and ears over your investment, conducting regular inspections to make sure everything is going well, and catching anything that might need to be addressed. You can trust that your dedicated Property Manager has you covered, and will make sure that your home is take care of while you're away. After all, you may want to move back in!

The tax implications of letting your property while overseas can be complicated. We'll help you navigate the paperwork, like the non-resident landlord (NRL1), to make sure that you won't have any unwelcome suprises.
