Owner Personas

Paramount Properties

What is your Owner Persona?

A one-size-fits-all approach to owners - what we call our landlords - is just plain wrong. Your needs are entirely unique to your circumstances, whether you're moving overseas, growing a portfolio, or just starting out as an owner.

We begin every relationship by learning your circumstances, preferences, and future plans for your London-based property. We also want to know about your letting experience and get to know your style - do you prefer frequent updates or would you rather we take the reins on your behalf?

All of these things help us put together a strategy for letting and managing your property that is entirely unique to you. This includes carefully matching you with a lettings consultant and property manager (or Asset Manager as we say).

Whether you unexpectedly need to let your property out, want expert advice on portfolio growth, or anything in between - we have a tailored approach to help you get where you want to be.

There's a lot to think about when you become an Owner for the first time, so we're here to help you make a success of it from day one.

We'll guide you through all of the complex legislation and help you make sure your property is both fully compliant and a stand-out for potential Residents.
