See what other people are saying about your agent of choice. Do they have a good base of legitimate reviews from happy Buyers and Sellers on a trusted third party review platform like Google?

It's also important to look through the agent's own website to get a sense of what they value. Make sure they are experts in your local area and are able to guide you with up-to-date advice on the market. We suggest giving them a call to ask how they will support you through your property journey.

What's your property worth?
When you've decided on an agent, it's time to book a valuation. Inform them of your lease length, property size and any additional benefits like parking and outdoor space. Your agent will determine an approximate market value based on their expertise and local knowledge of similar properties.
No two properties are the same, so informal inspections allow an agent to finalise market price. They can also make recommendations for small improvements that will help you sell your property!
Viewings
Once you agree to terms of instruction with your chosen agent, they'll advise you on the process of staging your property for viewings.
We've developed interactive virtual tours that allow your Buyers to first view your property online whenever it suits them! This means that they can have a good look around without feeling pressured, and take as much time as they like to tour each room in their chosen order. Our virtual tours help Buyers to easily filter down to the properties that are most suited to them for an in-person viewing. This also gives Buyers the opportunity to have question prepared for you.
Offers
Your agent will negotiate offers on your behalf, and in the case of multiple offers, you will work together to achieve the best possible price, with your agent advising on a buyer’s position. At Paramount, once an offer is agreed, a lock-out agreement can be produced to assure the seller that they have a committed buyer.
Legal work
Once you've accepted the right offer, you'll need to instruct a solicitor. We will be happy to make trusted recomendations.
Moving day
