Paramount is built around values that we live by every single day. We have them framed in our office for everyone to see. One of these values is "Do the right thing". We take this to heart in all aspects of our business, including our responsibility to give back to our community! We want to show London what an estate and lettings agency can be.

Who We Support
There are so many great organisations in our community that help people in need, and we believe it's important to support as many as we possibly can!

Our local foodbank, based out of Sidings Community Centre, is run by an amazing team of dedicated individuals that work hard to make sure there is enough food for their guests every week. They get to know their visitors on a personal level and strive to create a space for community and support. They're tackling the rising need for food support in our community and welcome donations on a one-off basis or as a monthly contribution. You can find out more about how you can help them here. On our part, we've created Paramount Pantry to make it as easy as can be for our residents and neighbours to donate a few extra food items to the food bank. We also run food drives periodically throughout the year. Last Christmas, we paired with our local West End Lane Books to donate 30 book vouchers to families visiting the Food Hub that needed support over the holidays. We also were thrilled to bring them a whole pile of brand new toys, books and games donated by our community! |

Agents Giving is our industry charity that works with agents across the UK to encourage and support fundraising activities. Supporting them allows us to support a variety of great causes at once. With our Managing Director of Lettings, Spencer Lawrence, on this charity's Board of Directors, it's close to our hearts because we get to see the positive impact it has in our communities first hand. We get very involved in multiple fundraising events throughout the year, like the annual Agents Giving Day nation-wide food drive to support local food banks. Every year our team also joins the Love Mud Challenge, where we run, climb, and crawl through kilometres of mud to raise money! |

Based in North Camden, this charity works with children, youth and families to help each child succeed regardless of their circumstances. The people they help often face huge challenges, and the work they do has an amazing impact in the lives of the people they support. Last year, our team donated a kitchen renovation to their facility (which is a lively building with an unexpected story!) to create new, inviting space for one-on-one work and group programs. |

Maggie’s is a charity providing free cancer support and information in centres across the UK and online. Their amazing staff at the Royal Free Hospital do incredible work to help support people in our community through an extremely challenging time in their lives. |

This charity collects coats across London every year to distribute to local charities and community groups who directly offer support to people who are homeless, refugees, older people, people fleeing domestic violence, and those at risk through living in poverty. Every year as autumn approaches we aim to spread the word throughout our network and collect as many coats as we can in our office to donate to this really important cause. |

Centrepoint is a youth homelessness charity that provides housing and support to young people in cities across the UK, including London. They focus on providing a safe place to stay and the building blocks for an independent life. In November 2019, Spencer and Dexter joined over 100 agents and industry suppliers for Centrepoint's Big Sleepout. They braved the wind and cold to experience sleeping rough for a night, fundraising for the critical work that this charity does for our city's youth. |
Community
We want to make life in our community better for the neighbours that we live and work with every day. We do our very best to support great local initiatives, like the ones run by the The Sherriff Centre, our wonderful West Hamsptead Community Centre. We also feel strongly about supporting our local businesses and encourage both our team and our new Residents to explore locally!
