Paramount have managed our property since we moved overseas in 2003, and I have always felt very comfortable in our decision to partner with them to look after our asset. Their service and responsiveness was outstanding so in 2024 when we decided to sell we asked them to manage that process for us. Spencer Lawrence and Jamie Jacobs did a fantastic job of preparing the property, identifying a highly motivated buyer and completing the transaction. Although we are on the other side of the world we felt fully informed right through the process and we ended up selling at a great price and the sale was completed very quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Paramount for either managing or selling property, they are excellent

We had a relatively short window to complete all the paperwork required, which was a little stressful at times, however Dexter was particularly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was sorted for us before our move in date!

Having moved our property portfolio to Paramount nearly a year ago, we've seen an increase in income of >36% (rents now inline with other local similar properties), and by being proactive with property maint. a significant reduction in expenditure. I'd like to take credit for the above and pat myself on the back, but, Paramount have done all the work. The team will work with you to agree a strategy and then help with the implementation. I'm not going to name names, because I'd be listing too many people at Paramount - they are all amazing! Along the way, I've learnt so much including how valuable good trusted tenants are, and I massively value their guidance. I can’t rate them highly enough. I’d highly recommend!!

We highly recommend Dexter, he project managed our renovation after we had rented our property for many years and then decided to put on the market for sale. Dexter has excellent communication skills, keeping us informed throughout the project, was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The renovation was high quality, beautiful finishings and all for a reasonable price. Overall 5/5 stars. We worked closely with Jamie to sell our property, Jamie is professional and knows the market really well. Jamie provided us with honest feedback and a market valuation and we were able to sell quickly at a fair price. Highly recommend Jamie and we are so pleased to have sold our property with Paramount. The most fantastic agency. Can’t fault the service from first meeting to completion. Jamie was amazing throughout. Gave fantastic and clear advice. Developed a sensible sales strategy and a great marketing package then really threw everything at it. I have already recommended him and the team to other people. Jamie and the team went above and beyond, advising me on how to update the property and present it for sale, getting the right buyers through the door and getting people to make great offers. I honestly can’t praise them highly enough.

Paramount represented the buyer when I purchased the property 5 years ago. I have used them for my rental management since then and all their reps have been very helpful and responsive to emails. They also acted for me when I sold the property a few weeks ago. Jamie was dealing with the sale and Holly managed the rental side and tenant. Both were extremely helpful and efficient and always tried their best to resolve issues on both sides so that the sale was not delayed. I rented an apartment via Paramount - Lauren & Harry have been really helpful with the process of renting. The experience was seamless, everything was done online right from paying deposit to signing the agreement. Harry/Lauren kept me updated throughout the process and promptly responded to all queries.
