Paramount Properties is absolutely amazing. Their staff (the people who manage my properties are nothing but very professional). Paramount have managed my property for over 10 years and am pleased to see the service levels are still being maintained after all this time. More recently my Property Manager, Mehul Visram, has been resolving a number of issues which are starting to conclude.

The experience was pretty good during the whole tenancy, communications during the check out process were not so swiftly but the management team has picked up the issue and made sure communications were kept at a high standard.

I recently used Paramount to let a flat in West London. They gave excellent advice on various aspects of refurbishing the property, found me a good electrician at short notice and provided outstanding marketing photography/video for the flat. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable at all times, it’s been a great experience resulting in a quality Tennent in the property. To Spencer, Ollie, Lauren and Janki, thank you very much!

Paramount were excellent from start to finish with the sale of my West Hampstead flat. I also bought the flat though them in 2007 so it was full circle! Particular thanks to Lionel, Jamie and Dan. I particularly liked the virtual tour which a lot of other agents don't do. I also appreciated the realistic valuation enabling us to sell quickly and at full asking price. They both kept me informed of progress from the day they were instructed to act in my sale to the day that the Sale completed As a mortgage advisor I come across a lot of estate agents and they really are not all the same. My flat purchase was smooth from first viewing through to completion, Lionel was absolutely fantastic. I was kept updated weekly and always felt I was in good hands. The champagne on completion was such a lovely touch, I would recommend Paramount to anyone based on my experience.

Dexter has done a fantastic work to rent out my property without actually putting it to the market and following all the repairs and improvements before they got in.
