We loved staying in 84 Fordwych road. It is well located and quiet. The flat by itself has a nice cosy feeling, a lot of space to store things and the neighbours are lovely. To make it even better, it will greatly benefit with a renewal of windows to help insulation. And maybe the carpet to help reduce the eventual noise nuisance to the neighbours downstairs. We are leaving because we became a family! And unfortunatly it was becoming a bit too crowded. We do like the area, and after 3 years spent in this flat we manage to find something more suitable to our new needs, close-by, to stay in the same convenient area.
