The location is great and having a garden is nice. Sunbathing last summer is my favourite memory here. The area is really well connected to Clapham, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall - there's loads of choice and lots to do. The Victoria pub is amazing - great roasts.

Monthly bills were: £100 with British Gas, £45 with BT, and £25 for water.

Paramount manages the property, and Mehul and Reagan have been very helpful...it’s been good to have their support in resolving issues as fast as possible.

Resident 1:
It is very spacious! It is a large two bed flat. The garden is great and has been recently done up and the en suite is really nice. I will be remaining in the local area.

Resident 2:
The flat is a good size. It is really nice to have garden. We are moving in with another friend, so we need a three bedroom flat. Most likely we will stay in the local area.
