I love so many things about our property! The off street parking, the layout of the flat (PERFECT for young families), the garden the garden the garden!!! We actually loved that we backed onto the railway. There was no-one overlooking our yard, and the kids love the trains. Plus our neighbours are totally ace too. We've decided to leave ONLY because we needed bigger space indoors. Had we not outgrown the place we would not be going. We've been with Paramount for two properties now, for 9 years. I cannot speak highly enough of how they have managed us and our tenancy. Our monthly bills were about £350 in total.
