I love that it's modern/refurbished, great location, and the air conditioning. My favourite memory here is the royal events - most of the royal routes pass by Cromwell Road and you can then see it from your apartment window (e.g. Elizabeth drive to Windsor, King/Queen post coronation, etc.) The area is residential, close to the park, and has many restaurants and bars. I'd recommend Anglesea Arms and Dishoom. A lift would have been slightly more convenient, however it was really not an issue throughout the period we lived here. You get used to the stairs very quickly.

Monthly bills were £190 with E.ON for electricity, £30 for broadband with TalkTalk, and £40 for water.

I love that it's refurbished, modern, has AC, and I love the kitchen space. There's the tube and shops nearby. I'd recommend Hijem coffee, it's a great brunch/coffee shop.

Monthly bills were £160 with EDF, £36 with Sky and £30 for water. Paramount were very responsive and helpful with requests.
Owner/landlady is very responsive and very kind, it was rarely the case that something needed to be fixed, but for example once there was something wrong with the pipe for the dishwasher and she made sure it was immediately taken care of.
