What a weekend! It was down to the wire for the elves as they took over the Paramount office for more space to decorate cookies, make crafts, and wrap presents in time for Christmas! Us Paramount elves were tossing tinsel about, putting the finishing touches on mince pies, spicing the mulled wine, and fitting our elf hats right up until the elves-in-training arrived with their families to help out!
Luckily the children in our community are very talented and got to work making some amazing festive crafts!
The cookie-decorating station was a big hit, and we were really impressed with everyone’s amazing creativity! We provided goodie bags to take these festive treats home, but the cookies were so tasty that not too many made it that far!
Leah of Neverland Events was ready with glitter and face paint to get our elves-in-training into costume! Some went for elegant wintery designs or Christmas trees while others went for powerful Christmas dragons. We didn't know that Christmas dragons existed before but luckily we do now! Leah also brought some Christmas tunes to get everyone into the holiday spirit.
Everyone looked amazing in their holiday glitter, which will no doubt be around to remind us of the festivities for weeks if not months to come.
Everyone made sure to write their letter to Santa while they were here so they could post it in our Santa-exclusive post box! This year we encouraged our elves-in-training to tell Santa what they’re grateful for and what they love about Christmas.
By the end of the workshop, our elves-in-training had earned a Christmas gift that they got to choose from under our Christmas tree. Some of our elves were so excited that they just couldn't wait for Christmas to open their gift!
Us Paramount elves had a wonderful time putting on our elves workshop, and we would like to say a huge thank you to all of the families that attended and made it a brilliantly fun and festive weekend! We really enjoyed meeting everyone who attended and look forward to seeing you again next year!
